Title State:
All motor vehicles driven or moved upon the highways of the state are required to be titled. Mobile homes are titled. Boat titling is optional.
Recovery Requirements:
Self-help repossession is permitted as long as there is no breach of peace.
Deficiency Balance:
Judgment notes are invalid and deficiency is permitted only if the debt is not for the purchase price.
Redemption:
The state provides the debtor ten (10) days to redeem, redemption only allowed prior to foreclosure and sale.
